Country Flag Problems.

Yeah, this is really crappy... I've created two nice 'flags'(they are actually faction symbols), and when I put them in my expansion file, the game displays the image at bottom. They are pcx, use the correct pallet, and only 256 colors. Their sizes are both 45x25. The colors of the icons are the right color and everything. But, they appear to be severely skewed.

EDIT: Also, I used IrfanView to convert them to pcx. Is that bad? I was reading that only certain programs convert them correctly. If that's true does anyone know which programs convert correctly into pcx?

The flag size is 47x23.
Try resaving over the top again, or failing that, resave as a new file.

or get PhotoShop and save again in that... >_>

it need to be 8-bit.

I hate adding new flags

I've checked to make sure everything is 8 bit. I've made sure it's indexed, I've saved and resaved. This is as close as I've gotten. The colors are right, it's just the image is broken up, and they are offset. Although, not nearly as bad.
