Dude, it's a chick flick about modeling, argueable to most useless-to-society job ever created by man. Sure, they are hot as hell, but besides that, it's nothing.

Drag me to hell? Horror is running out of ideas, isn't it?

This summer has alot of action movies, Terminator 4 just came out, and G.I.Joe is coming out later on...

Star Trek movie was good and I might see Bruno, after all Borat was good and I don't think Sasha Baron Kohen has lost his touch yet.

Star Trek movie was surprisingly kickass.

And yeah DaFool, the Horror genre has really made it obvious they jumped the shark long ago. That Drag Me to Hell movie sounds stupider than iloo.

I think horror was 'dragged to hell' when they just made movies about strapping people to chairs and stabbing them. Where's the suspense? 'Oh look, they using a different knife now...' 'There goes his eye....'

Bruno looks funny, it's like Borat with a gay dude. I think from a preview he gets onto Springer. The Year One is also suppose to come out, whih is a Judd Apatow film (aka the Superbad, 40 Year Old Virgin, and those movies).

Star Trek was good? From what I've seen it looked like an action movie, but since it's star trek I was weary (that you know, it was still a star trek movie). So you suggest I see it?

I do suggest you see it.

Let's just say it's a complete continuity reboot/alternate continuity of the original Star Trek. Therefore set your expectations accordingly.

Also it has beam spam and Macross Missile Massacres.

Yes. It was good. It has RAstyle time travel fuxxery that restarts the whole series basically. And the space battles no longer consist of them flying round shooting one laser. Watch it and see the epic level of laser CIWS spam. And te guy from heroes who played Sylar.

Not quite.I'm not "OMFG!!!TATU!!!1111ONELEVENONEELEVENONE!!!!" type of fan,but rather the storyline behind it rather makes me curious(as it ain't something traditional IMO).

Plus,I'm not that guy who watches only thrillers,SFs,etc.

I rather prefer action, romantic and comedy.Too bad this one lacks comedy xD.

So,please, don't compare it to Terminator 4,Batman,etc.Compare it to romantic/action movies.

Btw,the most horrifying horror movies are those about mother nature tbh(e.g The Day After Tomorrow).

Trek was boring IMO... far too long for what was in it.

Since when was Drag Me to Hell about that? Or was that a general statement in which case I agree. Saw 1 had a good story though and wasnt what it turned into. #Tongue

Horror=Has been....destroyed, what happened to all the actual scary shiz? like actual scary monsters/ghosts/etc but what now? lame piece of crap that even a kid would call a piece of shit. honestly though, even the survival horror genre of video games has lost it too....

Not me. #Tongue
Anyway, a good movie was Waltz with Bashir.
It's an animation of a guy who was at the 1982 Lebanon massacre, trying to get his memories from his army time back.
An interesting movie, I'd advise this one. Smile

"Yes..." Laughing
This movie seems to be situated in world of the "new Russians", small very rich class* where these two main characters got.
And that young actor has so cliche ultrastrong accent it seems to be fake Russian accent... Confused

Well this happens when two chicks are gonna to big city... Rolling Eyes

But still the best movie/series from Moscow I saw was the Brigade (Law of the Lawless), mafioso series (it was probably just 1 season ending with cliffhanger where main hero eliminated all the enemies, but his wife left to Florida or somewhere so leaving him completely alone). (although many people say it's rubbish, I enjoyed this series, the biggest plus is realism of this series, it shows how Russian top society works)

*oligarchs, many of them are young, all of them are incredibly rich which makes giant social gap between them and the rest of society (which is really poor)
