Free Gif Animator

Everyone is well aware of the wooky white frames that the gif exporter puts out when exporting a gif from Voxel Viewer or Builder.

I found a self contained micro sized gif animator from Microsoft that can do simple tasks, and I was able to get rid of those pesky white frames within 2 seconds or something like that.

I don't really know if this is helpful to anyone at all, but I figured I should post my findings when my Adobe Photoshop Suite couldn't export an edited .gif.

I know this is in the wrong forum, but I have no idea where the best place to put it would be.
