Subject description: how to use them

I tried to duplicate the primary and secondary weapon idea on the grizzly tank. My objective was to keep its primary, which would shoot tanks and buildings, and give it a machine gun which would shoot infantry.

Here's what i did: (I know some of the values are extreeme and unlikely but this was just for testing)
(Verses=none,flak,plate,light,medium,heavy,wood,steel,concrete,special_1,Special_2)

[MTNK]
Primary=105mm
Secondary=UCPara

[105mm]
Damage=65
Warhead=AP

[AP]
Verses=1%,1%,1%,75%,100%,100%,65%,45%,60%,60%,100%

[UCPara]
Damage=40
Warhead=SSAB

[SSAB]
Verses=100%,80%,80%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,1%,100%,1%


But when I used these codes, the tank still fired its primary at everything. Is there something I missed?

armor only warhead should deal 0% at infantry armor types.

yes, and also infantry only warhead..all tank armortypes 0% unless you want it to use it.

Yheah, I've been doing this for a while, it sure is good to see a conscript or two get knocked off by a grizzly's co-ax Twisted Evil

However you can only give a mammoth/apoc a co-ax if you use Npatch to give it a third weapon on top of the twin cannons and the SAMs Mad

I have a problem like this but I want both weapons to to shoot the same types of targets.

The secondary has a longer range than the primary but, the minimum range is the same as the range for the primary. But what happens is that primary no matter what it is, will be the only one shooting.

Wouldn't it be also smart to make it use its mg on terror drones which is second from last in the armor so:

also you really should create new WHs since these are used by multiple weapons.

SSAB's other settings don't matter, really. leave them as they were. It'll only ever use the secondary if the primary has a 0% verses.
