Hi everybody,
Im creating a new mod call 'C&C: Future Shock'' which is a RA2 mod and is based on the whole Tiberium universe, so no Soviets or Allies here just NOD and GDI. Why im making it on RA2 Engine is Simply because its got more features that I would need, Im also using Rockpatch.

To describe my mod, think Apocalyptic mix between Tiberium Sun and Gears of war 2.
SHOCKING is a good word to use, in context...not 'shocking bad' (well I hope this mod will be good Laughing ) but more like gore, choas to the extreme, make war look crazy and the ending might have abit of a shock to it.

Have a nice day or night Smile

The blue logo with the eclipse behind it is good, just tone down the spike effect.

Update Info:
First of all please dont mind the blue colored, everything really, its a experiment for a night time theme that will be changed. All Harvesters will be improved, probebly scaled up because they look bad and I rushed them. #Tongue
Here are the Nods Harvesters descriptions.

- The Nod Assult Carrier Harvester has a aircraft drone attached on its back, so that when an enemy comes close, the drone is released and attacks.

- The Nod Harvester has a double barrel laser gun attached to it and you know what it does.

- The Nod Subterannean Harvester travels underground, now there is a bit of a problem, that when it pops up threw the ground it makes that patch of tiberium disappear but its not a major problem.

- The Nod Stealth Harvester is stealthed, for the glowing blue designs, they represent stealth Technology.
I got the idea from someone else's voxel and a few others ideas too. Also anything green except remap color represents Tiberium Technology.

More Mod Info:
There will be 4 GDI sub-factions and 4 NOD sub-factions.
Each sub-faction will have its own extra...1 defence structure, 3 infantry, 4-5 vehicle/aircraft, 1 epic unit and 1 small 'super' weapon.

Thanks.

***Forget about the next update. I decided to continue the mod in private, so no showcases of my work for a long time because there really aint no point, maybe until I have alot of work done!***

Personally I'd say, dump the blue, change to grey and change all the '80s HYPERBEASTING colours to Nod colours, but I don't know your art concept...

Yes I know, I said I wouldnt showcase anymore stuff, but this I got to reasons why

1. Need criticism, I know its only 10%! finished, but I would like to know what you think of the concept.

2. Need advice on how to get the 'Shells' (as I like to call it) normals smooth, as you can see it looks blocky.

3. Any ideas for a name? Im thinking Emporer.

To sum it up, its one of Nods epic units, think very large scorpion tank.

(insperation Temple Of Nod Confused and scorpion tank)

EDIT: Shit, I posted the concept picture twice? wait a few seconds.

This is a unit? What is it meant to do? Looks like a cool Nod MCV though.

BTW its spelled Emperor, not Emporer.

The green is just there to represent the tracks, I just need it for now.

Yup its a unit Wink. Its either going to fire a big laser or missile, I have other ideas too.

I'd say it looks like a bird, maybe could be called 'raven railgun tank' Razz

With the earlier pics it looked like some twisted air unit to me Very Happy , but now its nice heavy assult vehicle (or something)

Interesting look for a tank. It'd fit well as a hover tank if you removed the treads and just thickened it under there.

I know it doesnt seem like it, but this mod is still alive for now anyway. I dont really get much time to work on it because im busy with other stuff, so if I give up this mod ill release the assets but ill continue for now. Think of it like this the longer i go on the more assets for you, IF i give up.

Heres a few pictures of 2 of Nods building, one is a power plant the other a helipad (still have to add pads Rolling Eyes , 2 at each side). Something for you to look at.

As of the voxel i was working on, im going to recreate that in 3d and convert it to voxel because im shit at the normals.

@partyzanPaulZy - Thanks

@SaneDisruption - Ya ill get around to texturing sometime and I never thought of tron when modeling, I suppose it does look like tron. I use less of that style next time.

@Deformat - Its a helipad, but I can see how it can be easily mistaken for a missile silo I should add the pads sometime too.
