3DSMAX is the best 3D modeling program that I know of, some people (including myself, Droke and DarkRose) use Cinema4D which is a decent and user friendly modeling program. If you can't get a hold of either 3DSMAX or C4D, I recommend Blender.

Ummm anyone froget that making buildings is a SHP not voxel(3dstovxl), 3ds is used for renegade, and generals on though but this is the TS editing forum not generals, TW, or RA3 forum.

Ummm do you forgot about rendering? Wink

Any good 3d modeling program can render the 3dmodel into images. And this is what we all use to do when creating SHP units, buildings, animations etc. Because you can only this way create images which fit perfect the ingame isometric view.

btw, another free 3d-modeling program
Caligari Truspace 7.6
