when I say packs, I mean downloaded packages of textures (for example, I have a BUNCH of quake 4 textures i use sometimes, and I edit them)

or do you make your own from scratch in photoshop?

TS:LR was on Tiberium Sun engine,the one I make now is on YR engine.

It still is "TS:LR",but different.
