MUTATED TERRITORY (2)

This is my FIRST MAP I've ever made, so what i really want is that some of the experienced mappers say what do they think about the map.

Players: 2
Size: 100x50
Theater: Temperate

STORY (or sth like that) :

The small town and village witch are located to the north are slowly being destroyed by the tiberium. A small amount
of mutants and civilians still live there. There is a small OLD base which was used by Nod 12 years ago. There are
several water supplying tanks and purifiers which provide water.

If you are planning to use this map in a mod, please give the proper credit to me...

Sorry for the low resolution..
Also, sorry for the spelling mistake. I thought teRRitory was with 1 R....

Добре, добре. Единственото, което мога да посъветвам е да използваш по-различни видове LAT - тук-там трева, камък, дръвче, по нещо дребно, за да изглежда по-естествена.

А за правописната грешка - има Edit бутон, използвай го. Smile

БТВ, Скайп направи ли си?

IIRC, this is an english forum. Perhaps you should speak it Gosho.

The map looks good for a starter map. There are a few things I can see that can be improved:
- The left side of the map is incredibly blank. It would benefit from a lot of work.
- Both starting points seem pretty large. This is TS, and you'll notice in both stock maps and in community maps that the buildspace isn't too large or small, it fits well for the game.
- You went a bit overkill on the lighting on the tiberium. It was too much.
- Your cities could use some more details and buildings.

Good start, though.

@Gosho

Абе думата я сбърках в името на картата, не тука. А скайп нали ти казах петъка...

@m7

Thnx for the advice. And yes i think the lighting on the tiberium is little bit too much.

I am sure there is a script that will easily let you tone down the brightness and intensity of the light bulbs. Not as effective as doing it manually, but it will help. Also try placing sand under the tiberium to make it look a lot better.
