the recoil would be done by grand cannon style code, SREF/prism chargeturret logic only works on vehicles.

Isn't there another version of this you have made? I'm sure Allied General is using a Flak Cannon turret made by you but not this one specifically.

Actually that one that AG uses is Isslys flak cannon

@LKO: According to RA2 cameos it should have such size.
