Read the title and you get the idea of the topic.
What I want:
-The tool(s)
-Language(s) recommended(IF you use such,if you use more advanced tool(s) then its not necessary)
-Tips,links,anything.I really feel like a n00b asking such things.

You need Notepad++ for syntax highlighting. Really handy for HTML and CSS. You can always find your fuckups really easily.

Me. I'm a .NET guy for the server side code so I use a lot of Visual Studio 2008 and Expression Studio 2. I'm doubting you'd get far with that since there's not many hosts that offer ASP/.NET as part of their packages.

If you really need server side, I would probably suggest PHP since it's fairly easy, Notepad++ has syntax highlighting for it and nine out of ten hosts support it.

I use PSPad on such codes (also ASM, makefile)...
