Both look similar, in fact RA2 never had an allied flag full showing up, only shields and the design of ra3 is the ra2 allied shield on a simplified form.
The eagle draw lines are the same and also has the same correlative size.
Don´t mix it up with the one on the weapons factory, also the barracks, wich is black with the allied shield on it.
Even on Tiberian Sun Nod has more than one flag design. The normal one and some other for units. As for me both allied in ra2 and ra3 have the same flag.
Also in RA1 the allied has a blue/white flag, also in Ra3 so eventually the desing would rather be rare in ra2 if the flag´s black. Tradition and logic tells it would be blue. The main colour for allied forces is blue not black.

Also if you people find some other please put the reference so me or other person can make it. Left overs are the USA Flag of generals, Tiberium Wars ones (all of them), Uprising (Yuriko, warlords), some of the China buildings in Generals also have some flags, etc. QUICK_EDIT

Red? What are you talking about? It´s brown, at least in Photshop colour table. GLA units use the same flag with dark green colour but in the final video of the GLA campaign you can see the real GLA flag waving.

Do they have a flag? I played the RA2 and YR campaign countless times and I don't remember seeing a flag of them?
EDIT: Oh, you just ment Yuri. PSI Corps and Yuri's army are different though. PSI Corps was like a special force consisting of mind control able units (commanded by Yuri?), while Yuri's army was just that, Yuri's army. _________________ ☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭☭

I agree with Omega. I believe that the PsiCorps was the special forces branch that Yuri had command over in RA2 and that he basically took when he defected and remade them into his own personal army as far as teh story line is supposed to go. In YR it is true there is no evidence of his army being referred to as the PsiCorps. QUICK_EDIT
