my mods producing an ie during loading, I dont know how to read except files so dont know whats going on, help please....

Use trail and error with your units, double check the code. That's all I can say.

According to ModEnc that iep is "Generic exception, for example, raised when you are missing the snowmd.ini median fix." but this is for Yuri and i think you'r using RA2....
