Post codes, that would allow us to actually help you figure out what the problem is, if the problem lies in the coding of course.
Corrupted voxel files and or HVA files is normally the main cause, you do have a HVA included for this voxel in your mix files, right?

good lord they should make a subforum for all of this guys posts- hes clogging up ppm worse than it already is.

A newbie subforum wouldn't be bad idea, actually. There they can post the continuous reappearing newbie questions without messing up the more serious modding forums.

Though i doubt that it's possible to establish such a subforum, since newbies do what they want anyway and don't start reading the forum rules or use the search until they posted already 10 questions.
