In YR, were there suppose to be upgrades?

I was looking for the unit voices, and I ended up listening to some of Yuri's EVA dialogue, and a few of them refer to upgrades and firpower. One of them is "Firepower technology stolen, all units gain firepower upgrade".

Not that I mod YR anymore, but lol?

Actually, that was a planned Yuri feature. Upgrades were going to be a primary method of teching for Yuri.

Shame it got ditched. Hacks.
