How do I make the AI always choose GDI in skirmish mode?

I want the AI always to choose GDI in skirmish mode. Is that possible and if so, what do I have to do?

Took the words right out of my mouth. Why in the world would you want a only GDI AI when most people want the AI to choose more than GDI and Nod

Yeah, I checked the rules.ini and didn't really have any luck. I guess I am just a idiot who is just playing around with some modding and wanted to see if that was possible. Maybe I overlooked it and will check again. Thanks for the help anyway.
