Subject description: getting 2nd mission to play
Reply with quote  Mark this post and the followings unread

I'm making a small campaign in firestorm, set as a new (third) campaign. It works fine with the first mission, but after completion I can't make it go to the second mission.
I have tried to write "tsp2.map" in the "next scenario" box of the first mission but it seems not to work Confused , after score screen it only gives "Unable to initiate map selection" and starts the first mission again.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think this is built in, I don't think it works. TSTW I believe was trying something like this and failed at it.

It should work if you just call mission one for nod1a.map and mission two for nod2a.map and then just play. I'm not sure how to do this with customly added campaigns, but just try replacing an excisiting one for a start.

battle.ini, maspel.ini and mission.ini are files you need to take a look at.

I know it works that way but I'd like to not replace any missions but create a new campaign instead.

Ok I tried to mess with mapsel01.ini, but all I managed to do was to change loading screen from GDI to Nod one Confused

Looks like it won't work without renaming into gdifs01 etc, too bad Sad
