Is it possible to make a nighthawk transport go up in the air but not come down till you tell it to. kinda like the siege chopper but when it comes down it picks up units but goes right backup

No! the only way to get it to stay in the air is by using BalloonHover=yes with renders it unlandable and worthless.

well to me even if it isnt used for transport, cause all you'd have is a floating heli with no turning rotors. unless you force fire them to make them turn.
