For RA2, it is what was the far right gold color from the TS pallet of unittem/unitsnow.

It would be numbers 204-234 if I'm correct. It seems to be part of the good ol' GDI colors from TS.

Although even in TS, 204-207 were pink dots anyways...

Colours from #0 (actually I'm not sure what result using #0 has, never tested) to #15 and from #204 to #255 get messed up if used in voxels. Basically what Arvin showed.

when map turns dark(lightning storm), color #9 will still be bright. It cant turn darker in some situations
not 100% sure

don't work in RA2, probably even with TS normals

These should work (at least some of these) in RA2 with TS normals

SHPs are more tolerant (works with those parts which can be used on voxels with TS normals), probably works even with right-bottom column colours.

Correct me if I am wrong in anything (I am sure just with few colours in orange square).

Colors #2-#15 will all work ingame without turning pink even if voxel has RA2 normals. However the excessive glowing of most of these colors makes it pointless to use them with voxels apart from small details or such.
