Well I've been doing testing today but experienced a werid bug I dunno how it happened but for some reason I can build naval yards on land and for some reason the boats sometimes get stuck on land though they move like tanks would

anyone experienced the problem before? would like to get it sorted to finish off my allied units weapon fix up

Hey you could just pull a RA3 and have them go on land and water. Best thing ever.

Bleh, why have 90% of your units be able to go on both water and land? <_< And see them bobbling in the air? Something I don't want to see, especially since to me that makes the game unbalanced... One of the things I don't like about RA3... Besides it's resource system of course.

On topic:

As the one above said though, it could be you're INI entries.

Maybe you changed the land characteristics and allowed this way ships to drive on land
e.g
[Beach]
Float=100% ;normally it would be 0%
