Man, you guys are a hard bunch.. Very Happy But alright project in the garbage, I was just bored and thought I,d see what I could come up with. Even though it was a failure atleast I got some practice in, I'm not a very good shp artist. So I'm working on a new airport for my mod, all original stuff so wish me luck!

why not. Such a 3d-model is done in 10 minutes (even if it looks more like a MSpaint job).
The anims are most probably done afterwards in the gif, so imo nothing time consuming too.

@Deformat- I made it with AutoCad2008 ,It's easy to throw some squares and Triangles together I just cant make advanced stuff like people and good looking tanks. It was made in about 2 and a half hours. The anim part was easiest, I just copied frame 1 (10) times and added color, thats all, very simple put together airport. It's just a mockup I will add more later after work.

Just be careful that your building doesn't fall out of tone... ATM is it more like a civilian building than an Allies airfield.
