Where to start...

1. You cannot have more than 1 of the same Type= superweapons as far as I know.

2. Animation is dark because its not the right palette, as its from TS. Damage and animations can all be changed at the top of the rules file, via IonCannonDamage= and the warhead for damage, and IonBlast= & IonBeam= for animations.

3. Can't be done, Temporal weapons with a cell spread is a no-no, nor can you have shrapnel.

4. See 1.

Its probably something you messed up in

AIIonCannonBaseDefenseValue=35,35,35
;AIIonCannonPlugValue=40,40,40

;AIIonCannonTempleValue=40,40,40

If the last three values are enabled and the there is no reference to them the game won't like you.

2. the ion cannon has limited customisation - ionbeam and ring1 or ring2 is used i.e. the psychic dominator dmg.

check for ioncannondamge and wh

i'm pretty certain its 751 dmg and 100% cellspread=2 on wh so instant kill

sigma isn't possible but emp can disable powered defences, radar and vehicletypes which aren't airborne.

To 4StarGeneral: Answer to question 2 worked out great, yet to try. Question 4 already solved: Apparently I forgot to include the section for the MISSILEDOWN projectiles. XD

To AG: I checked the targeting system, they seems to be the same, but I will try it now. Changed Ion Cannon cellspread to 3 and changed for Concrete to be 25%.

To DTX: True, I have used the Chaos Silo and the Hydrogen Silo and both works.

But [SHOVEL], [FiendShard], [NukePayload] and [SuperCometFragment] all have Report= left empy... oh well, I dumped Report= anyways just to be safe. By the way, I found that when a CLEG is in an IFV, its attack has two Report=, one empty.

Some bugs fixed:

Suicidal Airstrike: Projectile needed ROT=1 XD

Soviet SW Glitch: Some buildings have IsPlug=yes set.

link report= to a sound in your soundmd that has 0 volume.

Thanks for all your help, it is fixed now, just needed the ROT=1 thing... it also gives it a "dive" effect, pretty cool.
