On aircraft carriers, how do you edit where the hornets spawn?

the primaryFLH is edited out in ARTMD.ini, I've tried re-introducing it, but it doesn't seem to have an effect.

My RA2 knowledge is very rusty so I'm not that sure, I think I read somewhere that hornets are hardcoded to spawn from the center of their host.
