stolen tech/warhead

are you allowed to have a super weapon as stolen technology?
and does it make sense to have a warhead for a weapon and a separate warhead for an elite weapon? _________________ I am authorized to send out the TMP Studio, PM ME IF YOU WANT IT And check this out, these were sent to me for help with terrain and zdata help along with TMP Studio/Builder
Well, you can always set the superweapon building to be part of a stolen tech list.. I think.. But then again, if it is for RA2 I'm not sure if it's hard coded to units... For YR, I know you can use the Tech Secret Lab code have superweapons possibly be built that belong to another side/faction like America building Libian Demo Trucks after capturing a Secret Lab... Nope, you can't have Superweapons granted directly from infiltrating enemy labs. Similar workaround to the one proposed in above post would work here, using a structure housing your SW that's only available when certain battle labs have been infiltrated.
As for warheads, sure, if you find need for adjusting any WH settings individually for elite weapons. QUICK_EDIT
