Kinda sloppy anwser.

Unit can be cloaked
Infantry can be cloaked
Aircraft cannot be cloaked
Buildings cannot be cloaked, but they can be stealth generator, but thats very laggy

This is all fixed in rockpatch/npatch

Err, IIRC, they CAN be cloaked. I once modded a stealth bomber with the tags that can make it cloak in stock RA2YR. It worked like any other cloaked unit.

AFAIK Cloakable=yes does not work on aircraft but they can be cloaked via veteran/elite upgrades.

well designating an attack target for aircrafts with cloaking abilities may decloak them... aircraft will decloak automatically when you ordered an attack not when it fires its weapons... unless the weapon says not to decloak when fired...

aircraft will not decloak when ordered to just move...

This.

Its not effective for a stealth fighter though. Cloaked aircrafts may be OP'd.
