Politely said, you can't start a mod by making up an idea and then hanging the work over to other people. You've got to learn to make something by yourself first, and later impress people to join your project. _________________
I am putting up more of the things I didn't have time for putting up.
I can't do UI modding because I have no tga file manipulator.
The one I do have is a free targa tool.
Which it exports 24-bit Targa Images not 32-bit
3ds Max is too expensive for me to afford
So I just need help on AI Modding. Can someone please help me.

Not try to be condenscending, but what excatly CAN you do?
I am a mapping genius (But still learning).
I know how to encode xml documents effectively. I even know how to arrange squads neatly (But am having troubles with the BuildMod.bat).
I also know where everything is in the Program Files QUICK_EDIT

At the moment, you can only generate w3x files with 3ds max. But this is temporary. I'll make sure Voxel Section Editor III exports .w3x files once model generation is fully setup.
For now, the best thing I can recommend is to download a trial of 3ds max and use it until it expires. Try using older versions first, and use newer versions afterwards, so you'll have more time to learn and enjoy it before all trials expires. Once all trials expire, do the same process in another machine . QUICK_EDIT
