you should work on the walking animations. you have a great start there with the actual model. it's done pretty well. though, like i said. you should try working on your animation skills some more. it'd be worth it in the long run QUICK_EDIT

That animation is done using a biped and its still that bad? Look up rigging and walk cycle tutorials if you want to make something that doesn't look like a mechanical zombie. QUICK_EDIT
Don't rotate the bones in your animation. Let them move via using an IK Solver.
Here's an example tutorial, but there are a lot more in the WWW.
The Biped has them included automatically, thus you only need to move/animate the foots position and the knee will follow. After you have a walkcycle, move the body up and down at each step so it doesn't looks that stiff.

sorry to say:that's what i do[e.g write:free 3dsmax tutorials biped animations],and i get the porn and non free stuff,plus to that,almost every site that is from an origion of some country that i dont know is protected with proxy stupidity,example:youtube has hosted over 1000 veidios talking badly about my country,and even more saying that U.A.N is just so stupid in many ways,well,actually they might be right sometimes.

You might want to look up anonymous proxies first then to get around your countries firewall. Maybe an encrypted VPN if its likely to be frowned upon getting around the firewall.
Most countries have some set of idiots on youtube badmouthing them, most just don't have the knee jerk reaction of banning access to the whole website because of it. QUICK_EDIT

LKO just gave you some direct links to animating tutorials, the reason PPM doesn't have any is that each modeling tool does it differently and this is a C&C modding site, not a 3D modeling site, your going to have to search for the info on a relevant site (such as those in the links LKO has kindly given).
