Short answer: yes.

Long answer: yes, maps can have things set to show damaged state buildings in a particular area. FA2 can do that.

Also, some animations carry their own sound loops, look up the on fire anims in stock RA2.

All you need to do it make the buildings damaged in FA2 (click on them & lower the health bar), they will then automatically use a fire anim that has a fire sound attached to it o.0
