Do you have XCC mixer? Do you know how to use it?
If you said no to having it get it, it is useful. We will start there.

I had to edit this cuz I realized you asked about pre released items. I think this site has them. But having the editing tools is a muyst for any one who is going to mod.

Thank you but unfortanitly ive been there before at yr argentina and have not found any of these buildings i am also looking for a pre realeased soviet air feild ive seen the allied ore refinery in the mental omaga mod also the pre realesed soviet air feild and the tessla coil is unknown i havent came across it yet but it looked great

also i just downloaded xcc mixer but don't know realy anything about it or how to use it

They're all prerelease, and I have the Allied Ore Refinery, but it's not hard to find.
