You probably seen some of my previous works for the urban theater. here are some new pieces that I have been working on. I have about 200 done and another 100 to go before I can post up a mix file. And yes there are about 8 pieces in the pics that need working on. This is just an update of my work and that I am still working on it.

Opinions, Suggestions are welcomed.

The top pic needs lot of work, not only do the roads not match but the divider lines are crooked.

Yeah, I know........these are far from done. Been messing around with Photoshop CS3 to make them better. Any one in particular? If you are referring to piece 3 and 6 they are works in progress.

It's a start. You've got good ideas going here. Let me know if you need any help.

Thanks, I will

The hardest part of creating pieces was at first the ramp pieces and the Zdata, but thanks to DJBreit, that has been solved (hopefully). The next issue was the curves, the road bends. But I using Photoshop CS3 is allowing me to make better pieces. After these pieces are done I plan to move on to new dirt and grass pieces and then release them to the public. About 150 pieces are used for my mod/campaign. Not sure if anyone would used them in their work, but they will be made for public use. The other 150 or so pieces I am sure will be used by anyone who mods the game. I will post up more as I get closer to a completed project, possibly some new civilian buildings that i created using PS C3 .

The ramps could do with grey edges to match the normal cliffs. The second one (pic 4) the ramp should be darker as it's not facing the light source.

I also don't see the point in No.2 & 5, if you have made new curved road pieces you can just add the normal cliff tiles to get the same effect.

The coloring....I pretty sure I used the cliff pieces that went with the same angle as far as shading is concerned. I'm gonna have to double check that now. Think I overwrote the piece screwing up the color of the edges. As for the other comment, the reason I made that piece was because with my curve piece, if you saw a previous pic I posted sometime ago, blade pointed out there was no cliff edge. Placing my curve on a cliff takes it away. Thanks fer the feedback Mig.

no, actually i used a combo of pavement slope and the 3 piece highway slope. First I used the highway slope to make my piece, then i merged the pavement slope and the new highway slope. Its a 2 wide road centered on a 3 wide tile. I then had to rip them apart for image and extra image then put them back together....if that makes any sense to you, lol
