Okay, I've just had a brainstorm over FS Allout's storyline and the campaign. [Campaign and the good units and buildings is the reason why it is taking so long]. But i've found a way to make new video's for the mod. Although I'm not as good with sertain stuff as others. So here is the question:

If I made a video, picture for picture and then put it in the SHP Builder Banshee created. Save it, let it play in XCC Mixer and record it with a digital camera zoomed on that piece of the screen, play the sound along with it. Then sotre it back in the compute. Would that work? If you can tell me it won't work, it'll save me time for trying, which I can use for FS Alout.

can you make it into VQA format? If not, then no.

That's one good thing about RA2/YR, you can make new movies. Very Happy

Unfortunately, I haven't seen many. Sad

no, what i meant was there's -ONE- good thing about RA2 and that is that you can make your own movies for it Wink

The files of the digital camera are gonna be in MPEG, but does TS only uses VQA's???? I mean, as far as I know, no one ever tried to use different filetypes. Maybe the VQA's are smaller then let's say Winamp or MPEG. I'll probaly test it this weekend.

forget about it, TS's ingame movie player ONLY uses VQA

if you can get it to AVI, then I have a how you call, a AVI to VQA converter...

And how do you make bink videos, I'd love to do so, If I had the programs Wink

I thought we could only make VQAs into AVIs, not the other way around.

Go to my site, download the RAD Video Tools. Set sound to 104 instead of 4.

I have the RAD Video tools... or at least I can play binks, but how do I make them, any tutorials somewheres?
