ICBM problem

I got the ICBM in TS to launch Multi Missles. After I short testing I realized that this is a too easy way to destroy enemy bases. So I decided to add "PipScale=Ammo" and "Ammo=3" to it's data. But after this the ICBM just launched 3 missles in the same time!

My question is: How can I add the ammo limit to get all things fine?

Ammo systems doesn't work on buildings.

Ammo work on buildings, but Reload dont work.
At least Reload dont work in RA2. I think its the same in TS

this is a similar problem to something i experienced a while ago while trying to make an ICBM launch emulated superweapons. what you should do is set the icbm ammo to 1 [ammo=1] then attach an animation to the weapon that the deployed ICBM fires and give that animation enough damage i.e damage=500 so that as the weapon is launched the ICBM is destroyed by the weapon takeoff.
