Man I'm just having all kinds of problems lately. Anyone using Max ever come across this problem? If so, how do I fix it? Pic1 is the error and pic 2 shows what box it is refering to. I have made things with more faces than this, so I dont know whats going on.

You have most probably not enough free ram.

What for a system do you have?

Well, I have XP Pro SP3, 2GB Ram 3.2GHZ P4 CPU and 256MB GeForce5800. I also have a program that shows my available RAM at any givin time down by my clock. It shows 1.1 GB of free ram before I try to render it. I know I'm already pushing the polygon limit on this, but I have made more complex units than this, and they rendered just fine

As ZoidZilla said, it's likely not enough ram. Probably not 3dmax fault, just close other programs running in the background.
However, you might want to familiarize yourself with the optimize modifier, which would remove many of the useless faces that your model has. Which, might also help with this.

EDIT:
Maybe closing the ram monitoring program during rendering, might also help. I had some funky problems, not on 3dmax, but I had regular stops after some time (30 minutes) on some games.
