is there a way to make a Ion Cannon weapon that a uint can be use when Deployed?

how dose it look like?

1. Make the ion cannon beam/blast into one animation as use as warhead animation.

2. Use a airburst weapon for a cnc3 type effect.

The shockwave effect is hardcoded and cannot be implemented.
