Hello there,

i was just wondering, is there any possible way to make the computers and your units auto attack those who are neutral?

Welcome to the world of Tiberian Sun and annoying neutral forces on maps. Meh, I can only look to LKO and hope he has somehow found some miracle sollution.

Anyway, I believe the tag that makes your units not auto attack neutral enemies is "MultiplayerPassive=true" on the neutral house. Unfortunately, if you preplace an object on a skirmish map that belongs to a house that does not have this tag the game crashes. GDI and Nod owned units can be preplaced as they have MultiPlayer=yes. If I am right MultiPlayerPassive=true stops your units from auto engaging every civilian unit that is around, as it would be fustrating and confusing for the A.I. if everything civilian was viewed as an enemy. The sollution would be to make an additional none playable side specifically for aggressive preplaced map enemies, however this seems impossible.

Well, im not completely sure and the annoying bug occurs, that the Neutrals starts with a MCV...

It's used in the map 'Scandinavian Defense'

Groundspeed=2.0 (not important)
MultiplayPassive=false
Used on a Towerdefense map

MultiPlay=yes
MultiplayPassive=false
These seem to be the important tags. Try it, im not completely sure since I never made such a map...

Nope sorry, i can't give you a perfect solution either. Sad
The only workaround i know, is giving each of the neutral units/buildings a long range dummy weapon with only 1 damage (and low ROF). Then the AI will retaliate once it gets attacked by one of the neutral units and attack them.
Though the problem is that if the neutral house attacks an AI unit/building, only this one will retaliate. That's especially a problem if the neutral attacks an AI building that can't fire back, as only the attacked AI unit/building will strike back and won't cause other AI units/buildings to retaliate too. (e.g. the known problem of visceroids destroying the AI base while the AI units just stand there and watch the killing)

Though I don't know if it works. If it gives you an IE, the 'neutral AI' treid to build up his conyard... In this game, unfortunately, the game crashes
