Forum complications for guests!

Dear guests and visitors who do not have an account here. PPM forums is not being able to generate visual confirmation codes due to memory limits (bots overloaded some mysql table and the server needs to allocate more memory to load it than what it is allowed to do). For this reason, guests are not being able to view topics on forums where they can post topics (such as Site News, C&C3/RA3/C&C4 Editing Forums, CnC Editing Tools, OS SHP Builder, VXLSE III, etc) and not being able to register in our forums either.

Once my horrible ADSL line and my pathetic D-LINK 2640B modem (don't buy it! I'm having nightmares with it!) get along, I'll be able to understand how to sort this problem. For now, I'm using my limited (500mb) mobile connection and there isn't much I can do to solve it, since I'd need to download big stuff and that would exaust my bandwidth quickly.
