Is there a program or anything I could use to extract the raw c++ from the game's executable or other files?

No. It's not possible at all to create the C++ code from an already compiled program.

All you can get is the assembler code by using a disassembler.

However your question shows already that you have no clue about hacking the exe, so my advice is "forget it".

I can do this easy!

All i do is download C++ Extractor v1.05 (might be a newer version now), and then select the executable. It takes a long time but it will convert all the binary code to C++ code, even with the orignal comments!

@Palkia323: Editing the executable is a very hard mission. From the thousands of people who daily visits this site, I can count with my fingers the ones with advanced knowledge of assembly that can add a couple of features after a very hard work and a couple of months. None of them... I repeat: NONE of them... asked how to do it. Those who asked, they haven't gone anywhere, no matter how hard they tried. You are not the first with good intentions to change it, and you won't be the last. For this reason, you can find more information about it in the PPM FAQ:

http://www.ppmsite.com/index.php?go=ppmfaq

Wait for HyperPatch and you'll be able to play with some new features once it's available for public. Hyper is working hard on it.

@Dark Templar: I know you are tired of seeing people asking this question and never getting anywhere, but avoid being aggressive for such a stupid reason. Yes, it's quite clear that Palkia has no clue how exe hacking works. You don't need to ridicule him.

Syringe, iirc, is the utility which allows carefully written C++ too be injected into the game.
But I'm not involved in any of that, so maybe Hyper or one of the other knowledgeable people can enlighten me.

EDIT: Bad typos... Real bad.
