Textures
I want to make my own textures. If you look at the pic the top arrow shows a texture that is fine (sort of, but I can live with it), the bottom arrow shows textures to wide. I want it to look more like regular house siding, but narrower than the pic. What I want to be able to make my own, I am not looking for someone to send textures, but I need a better tutorial than I found. Can anyone recommend one. I have googled it and found nothing i like.
BTW: the roof is in 2 pieces separate from the main building. I know about wrapping, but it doesn't do what I want _________________ I am authorized to send out the TMP Studio, PM ME IF YOU WANT IT And check this out, these were sent to me for help with terrain and zdata help along with TMP Studio/Builder
Those look like brick textures, try finding some siding textures if thats what your after. I know you said your not looking for someone to send you textures but I have lots of siding and roofing textures if you cant locate any. Let me know. _________________

don't want someone to send me anything, looking for a better tutorial. Since I got 3d max and some help from the community I want to build my own stuff. When you make it yourself it means a lot more than having it made for you. Some times just being able to see something and how it is put together can make a difference.
