I found that error page by accident, When I get an error message I take the number, in this case: 004F710C and google it. Lots of times it comes back with worthless info, but on occasion it does brings in something.

like I said, try googling the error code next time, it could be helpful I got lucky when I did that for one of the error codes on that list, lol
