Owh sorry. Whell for sereval reasons. For one:

The building lists for the sides are becoming huge and in one line in the sidebar it's un-overviewable.

Secondly Red Alert's Rules has some tags that are important to some units. THis will cause a dropout of the Rage Mode.

And to name a third for Red Alert 2 there can be made movies. For TS it can't. And if the movies can be made, the campaigns will be much clearer.

Don't worry the story and sides ar gonna be just the same. Only on the Red Alert 2 engine.

you can make movies for TS... you just have to convert from AVI to VQA...

Well it's not totally impossible to make movies for TS but it is a lot of work. Firstly you need to create in MPEG. Then there is a converter on Internet for movie types converters it will only change it to avi. And then through another converter to vqa. They are both findable on internet.
But the problem is you need to register them through a creditcard number and there's a little pricetag attached. BTW: don't remember the website of 'm.

yes there is a converter available only it cost money. It's downloadable from some website but I don't remember were.

well I found the first one back, this is the tool that lets you create AVI's from pictures. But the AVI to VQA isn't found yet.

i think this should go to the crap forum along with any more mentions of this mod that is basically a list of ridiculous points which have obviously had 0 research made into them and the modder as no experience watsoever

There are inumerous tools that allows you to create AVIs, but none converts them to VQA....

Alright first of all I'm a bad mood after school and Smiff. Tell me two things and think about it before you answer:

If you had read through the entire thread at the Origin Network about TS Allout you would have noticed that it is my first mod since which I metioned before but I dunno where I've been working on the idea since 2000 and yet a half year ago came upon the Afterglow webpage and learned how to mod. That is why you will notice so many things in the thread that didn't happen like the screenies in of the ammo-refill system. And about the research, take a look in the research center, which will show some research done by me on the web. Further I've read almost every tuturial so I know a little of how the Mix content and .ini work. You forget that I have school, am 14 years old, have devorced parents, and only on my dad's computer (half a hour from here and only one weekend there in two weeks) Tiberian Sun and Internet. So for testing and screenies I need to go to my dad or ask someone else.

Second question:
I assumed that you came to the conclusion that I have NOT A SINGLE CLUE OF WHAT CAN AND CAN'T BE DONE IN THE INI FILES. Tell me then, which cannot be done, and give some reasons to it why it can't be done.

And Banshee, yes I know there are a lot of converters to AVI out there, but tell me this: how many people have a digital camcorder??? And how many a digital fotocamera or a program that let's you create images. The one on snapfiles.com let's you create AVI's from pictures. You know .bmp, .gif, .jpeg and so one. And is for the to VQA. You need to take a step between. I'm currently searching which two programs are required for that. And yes, I am in a bad mood. Beliefe this also if this turns into such a flame thread today when I am in this mood.... well let's say that T. comes for a visit. Mad

- You don't need a digital camera to make movies. You can make them with 3D Studio Max, for example. Or you can even use a program in Delphi that converts .GIF to .AVI. And there are other inumerous professional movie making programs to make .AVI from images and sounds or from cameras. Now, conversion for .VQA format is completely different. One thing is to make a VQA viewer. It's not hard, as the decode code is public. Encoding code wasnt done/apply/made avaiable for anyone. And it involves encoding many encrypted stuff inside the file. Image is encrypted, sound is encrypted, filesize is encrypted and there are some other values encrypted which sucks to make it. AVI is the easiest movie format to make an encoder to .VQA, because all functions, properties and format is available to be used in programs like Visual Basic, Delphi, Visual C++, Borland C++, etc...

The thing is is that I saw a converter from AVI to sumthing and then sumthing to VQA. Although I don't remember were, I'll see if I have it left at my dad's.
