Flag conversion request (original design included)

I'm having a problem with my SHP program and my pc, for some reason my pc wont open it, even after reinstalling it.

So could someone take this, fix it to where i can just add it straight to the game?

I would like it to replace Yuri's flag.

Flags are PCX files not SHP, maybe that's why you are having problems opening it?

To make that flag work in game all you have to do is save it as a PCX file with a pal applied (make sure the first colour in the pal is the pink background), name it yrii.pcx & put it in a mix file.

SHP Builder wont start at all, i tend to start it by itself rather than open something with it, but every time i tried to start it, my pc would freeze for a few minutes then a message would pop up saying error unable to open missing program.

Ive uninstalled it, cleared out everything related to it and reinstalled it and the same thing happens, the same thing happens to my galactic battle grounds game, only with battlegrounds its counted as being installed but when i try to play it says its not uinstalled and i cant do anything with it.

On that note, does anyone happen to have GDI flags for YR handy?

Didnt you read what Mig said? you dont need shp builder for the Country flags, unless your refering to the animated ones, these are .PCX

I did read it, what i said was replying to nikademis, the asking of a gdi flag was for anyone who happened to have one they can upload.

Ok, I am talking to Saint-X about the Shp Builder and nothing else so no one gets confuzzed....Where did you down load it from? Maybe you got a corrupted version. When you run it did you try running it as admin, never minding the fact people say run as compatible whatever version...I have never run a program with compat version whatever, I always ran as admin and never had a problem.

I am including the shp builder I have installed and it works, give it a try.

Ok, I extracted the NOD and GDI symbols from 1 of the files from renegade. I know you said GDI, but I figured you might need the NOD one sooner or later....This is for the choose your country in MP right? Which one would you like?

I always run my programs as admin, and i downloaded the shp builder from the PPM homepage link, just like every other prigram except xcc, my pc is just being a apain, i plan on replacing it with a better one in the near future, I'd install everything on this pc but I dont want to bog it down since I use this one for work.

And thanks for the symbols man, I appreciate it.

Nah man, I'm good, now that I was reminded how to do it by Mig Eater, I can finish it, it;s been awhile since I;ve tampered with RA2 and I forgot something but I think I'm back on track, thanks though.
