Guys, my PC microphone bit the dust after 15 years of dedicated service. I've got a bluetooth headset that I don't use much, and I'm thinking of plugging it in to use it as a headset, for gaming and such.

I'd like to think it's as simple as plugging in a USB adapter like this one but I'm not about to plunk money on stuff without knowing what I'm doing.

Can anyone out there give me some input on the best way (if possible) to make a bluetooth headset into a headset for PC?

Or would it be easier to just buy a new flippin headset altogether

Get a dedicated headset. Audio through USB is horrible.

The quality is a bit shit but you can pair a bluetooth headset to a PC through a USB adapter, depends what OS you're running though.
