Didnt I see PUOJACKZ on Tiberian Sun the other day?
Anyways. I just uninstalled Red Alert 3. I haven't even had it for a week. My girlfriend bought the game for me even though I told her not to. She asked how I enjoyed the game and wanted to see me play it but I told her I uninstalled it and that it takes too long to install again, lol. She wanted to see me play it once. ztyping EA. I've seriously had it with their shit. It's not worth it. The games are garbage. I feel sorry for this community and myself for still being here. What the hell? God damn nerds. Banshee, give me a kiss. QUICK_EDIT
Wasn't it Westwood who sold C&C? You know, for money? RA3 builds on what made RA2 a well liked game, a game that many claim to be the best of all C&C - tis an obvious thing to build thine work on that which hast been wanted before, art it not?
RA2 sucked, storywise and gameplay wise, I hated the bright and shiny hippyness of RA2, the only good stuff was the new abilities like guarensaning buildings etc
Atleast IMO

I havent played RA3 in ages, and I only play when Ive got a mate to do Coop with, TBH if C&C3 had coop campaign then I would have never touched RA3. QUICK_EDIT

What the...
Bansh, don't tell me you know him...
lol, "Bansh." I talk to some of the people on this site including Banshee every now and then. I know one mod who knows some of you guys are closet gays. Banshee isn't gay though. I just laugh at some of you guys 'cause you gay and I know. QUICK_EDIT
It's shortbus, he got epic banhammered a while ago by saying homoerotic stuff about Hoy_Master IIRC, so him saying some people here are closet gays is like George bush saying some politicians are closet idiots. _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
Bush is by no means an idiot. What he did while in office was very controlled and you fell for it He just stopped giving a shit early on while in office 'cause the real powers that be made all the decisions for him just like Obama who doesn't write his own speeches. Have a nice day.
He is an idiot, he went for president when he could have lived like a king off of daddy's stake in the oil business. And you sir are still a jackass. _________________ Yes, work on MV continues. It is not forgotten. QUICK_EDIT
Just picking this up again out of pure interest: what do you guys feel is lacking in terms of handling when comparing TW modding to Generals modding? _________________ Off Duty. QUICK_EDIT
BTW its C&C day on Steam, so the modern C&Cs are much cheaper... Uprising is £4 for example, so a good time to get it. (was always too expensive for an expansion IMO) QUICK_EDIT

IMHO, it it a well-crafted expansion, which could have been considered of equal value to HL2 Episodes. AI was toughened up, the campaign was well scripted and challenging, skirmish game featured full features of Red Alert 3, and the only unfortunate thing was lack of multilayer (rage-tastic, but the new expansion units are to blame, although they are pretty awesome). _________________ DUNK! QUICK_EDIT
Well when the HL2 episodes were released they were way too expensive, especially since the first one was so short (and everything stays expensive on Steam for ages...) Also Uprising likely doesn't have any kind of storyline, since the first didnt... so its really just for fun, and limited fun without multiplayer.
Point is I was never gonna pay £20 for something shallow and without that much replayability, since no multiplayer. QUICK_EDIT
eh, 50 challenge missions were pretty good plus about 13 campaign missions and 10 new units wasn't all too shabby, and considering it was standalone, I'd say it was a good deal. I'd recomend it to people as a cheap alternative to the main game. _________________ Please, read the signature rules of the forum. QUICK_EDIT
But thats my point, it wasnt a cheap alternative, it was the same price. By the time Uprising was released RA3 was £20 anyway (£15 some places). QUICK_EDIT
