Not sure if anyone will be interested in this. Took me forever to find a book like this, but a friend's brother who happens to be a History teacher had this book lying around after I spent enough time looking for this kind of book. Its a good book on World War 2 tanks. It shows 3 views in color. It has tanks for Germany, Italy, Japan, US, England, France, Russia and 1 tank for Canada. The book name is:

Tanks & Armored Fighting Vehicles of WWII: The world's greatest vehicles 1939-1945. ISBN 0-7607-6464-6

Like I said, very few would would care, but for those who would.

Ok I know modding has like reference materials but don't you feel this is kind of off-topic for a general RA2/YR editing forum?

Well, I guess I could have put this in the Research Center. I had been searching for a book of WW2 tanks and nothing was worth buying. But this book is a color book with alot of pictures all vehicles have top, front, side view which is perfect.

There are hundreds of WW2 books out there, I personally have enough to fill a small library. Most normal book shops have a very limited history section tho, the best places to look are museum gift shops or specialist model shops. I often go to the Imperial War Museum or Hendon RAF Museum just see what new books they have.

I went to Barnes & Nobles and asked the lady about books on WW2 tanks and vehicles. I explained that I wanted something that showed 3 different views. The area she showed me had nothing for what I was looking for. I was at a fiends got this book and oddly enough it has the Barnes & Nobles stamp inside. I'm going to have to look into the model shop idea, though I think this book has basically everything I want, but it doesn't hurt to look for more.
