Black Bar?!

Hey everyone, its me again

While working on one of the modifications to the mod I am making.
I have come across a Black bar. -see photo-

I was hoping someone in the community would have any Idea on why It's there.

In the below photo. You will see I am making a new command bar.
You will also see some random floating icons.
Keep in mind the control bar isn't finished, and so there for, Random floating icons :]
The skin I made, and is not Finished. A new look will be up soon
You may not notice it trough the picture, but the light blue areas are actually "screens" and you can see through them.

Anyways. if anyone can find any reason to why there is a black screen.. please let me know

I understand radar looks small.. that is only temporary, i had to adjust Sizes of boxes and such in this skin. Once I remake the skin. The sizes will be put back to normal

If you don't notice the black bar. its that long black line above the light blue area on the bottom of the screen.
Once I find out what is causing that problem, Ill try to release a tutorial on Modifying your Control Bar.

I expect its because usually the command bar is there, so the game doesnt render that part of the screen.

Perhps you havent removed/moved something in the wnd file which should have graphics or should be covered up?

@Omega.
That was my guess, but Im sure there is still a way around it. And a counter to that is the fact that you can Lower the command bar in normal Zero Hour. Soo.. there shouldn't be a Black bar?

I had thought about that, but I can't find anything in the .WND or See anything -using Deezire's WNDeditor. that would cause that problem.

-Update, all those floating icons are gone now. for now, I just removed them all, Gonna make my own icons. If you guys want,, provide some icons you deem apprioate for this style?

Do you guys like the look so far?
Granted its only a Beta. The Texture is gonna change, but the "see-through" effect I wish to keep.

Its not rendered. When you lower the command bar it will render this portion. To my knowledge there is no solution to this.

unless I can "Fake" a Lower'd Command bar >.>...

If i can't fix that its a big bummer. :l

it starts normal but there is a minimize button that just pushes the bar down but nothing else.

I removed quite a bit of the buttons.

Down arrow on the right of the bar, iirc.
as for filename, not sure..
