I just downloaded + installed Launch Base, + The mod plugin, And Ares 0.1
I want to know some things, Im kind of... a noob #Tongue

TX means Terrain Expansion... Right? and if I install the plugin, is it automatically added to FinalAlert?

When I go to create a mod in LaunchBase mod plugin, I see all these categories, but.. their all empty? which files am I supposed to put where, or open?

Okay I think a have a decent knowledge of modding, But someone needs to explain those dang parabombs better. I still dont understand how to correctly create them (yes i've seen the tut. I still need further guidance)

the unofficial YR 1.002 mini patch shouldnt be installed if im going to be modding right?
Or should I think about the developers pack?

or... anything else I should know xD

Terrain Expansion will be installed to your RA2/YR folder and FinalAlert will pick the new files up.

And it wont harm you to install the mini patch if are gonna do light modding, if your doing a TC then its useless.

TC = Total Conversion: Definition of TC on wiki:

What goes wrong with your para bombs?

I used the same ones from the Tut.
But they hit the ground with no damage, I want to learn better how to create them though, like a nuke drop.

for naming, use and edit CSF file, or if you use ares, simply name it with -> NOSTR:Air Strike
