I try using ares, with big hope it can improve my mod, but when i start it...

Either your kernel32.dll is corrupted or damaged, or you're just doin' it wrong.

Update to at least Windows XP SP2. There is SP3 already, you're quite outdated.

There is no much development space for Ares in China, perhaps.
