C&C: Battle for Omega (TS)
Hey guys. I've been registered here now for a bit but I havent posted because I was working on a mod. This mod was intended just for my friend and I to play LAN, but I decided it would be good to share it with the public!
This mod is my first ever mod I've done and will probrably be the last one I've done, so it's a closed mod, meaning I wont be adding anything to it/changing. What you see here is what you get!
I havent gone overboard on the things in here, and I've kept certain stuctures the same. If you're that kind of person who likes a mod without a lot of radical changes but enough to make it a refreshing experience, then this is the one for you!
As far as I know, this mod should work over LAN and online if all players use the install that I've compiled for the game.
This mod contains custom voice overs, graphics and media I've found around the web on the forums, so if If theres anything here that is yours and you want to be credited, be sure to let me know and I'll do just that!
There is a manual included in the install to show you what things have been added!

Mod Information/Story:
Battle for Omega takes place in an alternate fictional era, earlier than Tiberian Sun and the battles between GDI and Nod.
Two factions are at war: The U.L.F (United Liberation Force), and the V.R (Valkrie Republic). These two factions have been at a war for generations, battling for a planet called "Omega", in their solar system. Whoever gains control of the planet would have access to what seems to be unlimited resources from the planet.

Well seeing as it was a private mod, all I did was go onto google images and typed in 'faction logo' and that came up, so I took the idea from it and made one like that! haha
I have a big collection of media that I've downloaded so it's hard to know who did what. If people notice something is there I'll add their name to the first post crediting them
Oh on a side note, if anyone has downloaded this and wishes to help me test to see if it works online, add me on msn and we can have a match if it works! I'm curious to see how it plays out online! QUICK_EDIT
Heh, the other logo clearly has a Sikh symbol on it.
Even though your mod may be on its first stages, I like the way you announced it, instead of just posting a download link and a text "Plz dl my mod, its got cool stuf and a story!". _________________ QUICK_EDIT

How embarrassing! I am such an idiot! xD It looked cool though. Maybe I'll have a tinker with the graphics and stuff like that at some point and design a brand new set of faction icons. QUICK_EDIT
