but why is the tank and infantry factory need to be the same thing?.

I quite like them, don't really mind that they look so similar, but perhaps you could add some minor clutter to the "warfactory" to make it easier to tell the two apart. A simple command tent would do, just something that adds a visible, new shape.

Oh BTW, don't you think the transporters land a bit to fast? I understand you want to keep DoorOpeningTimes low, but IMO you can very well use times in the range of 3 to 5 seconds, provided that other factions have similar delays.

It's very easy to confuse them that way. You'd be better off truncating the runway on the infantry building to make a helipad, that'd make the more distinct.
