On some of my mod-maps, I have long range defensive weapons like artillery with a big cellspreads. To find a solution to avoid my enemy just dropping guys in my base and letting my own defenses destroy it, I thought this tag would work well. However I'm not really sure if the tag works, "Never used it" and if it does, the specifics of it.

Like does it give higher priority to targets if the they are not nearby my own friendly units?

Or does it just refuse to fire if my friendly units are nearby at all?

If anyone could provide a quick answer I'd be very happy.

FireSupress=1 ; radius from target to look for friendlies and thus discourage firing upon, if found

I think this does give fire priority, at least after I tested it a few days ago.

Like does it give higher priority to targets if the they are not nearby my own friendly units? - Seems like yes.

Hm, yeah... "discourage" is kinda vague.

I'd say, test it out?

This logic used to be used on Allied Cruiser in RA95. I added it on [GrandCannonWeapon] and found no differences...
Well, though this tag tag does nothing good, it doesn't do anything bad either, so be it.
