Some of you know that I have started a new mod, based on the Psychic part of Red Alert 2 (YR) I am working on missions for the Soviets and I need some help with the AI.
The first mission to be recreated is the Chicago mission from Allied 04, the one with the Psychic Amplifier.

There are also some other bugs/glitches that need to be solved as well, maybe someone can help me with that?
Like the winning and losing, its just 1 sec, it needs to be longer, with sounds etc.

No screens, I assume you know the map. It is basically the same as All04u.map but at the rightside of the map, at the hospital there now is also a US base, brought by chrono. Build base as brutal, but the AI is scrap, so there comes the part of help.
